Kyle of Sutherland, in the North Highlands, lacks connectivity, an ample affordable housing supply and many well paid jobs. The Development Trust has however been at the forefront of address these challenges. Through ownership of multiple assets and a diversity of projects, the community anchor organisation has made significant strides in regenerating the community’s economic and social activities.
