OSCR is the Scottish Charity Regulator. They provide guidance for becoming and managing a charity. OSCR manages the Scottish Charity Register.

The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) is the national membership organisation for the voluntary sector. They provide a range of support and training for charities. They operating Funding Scotland which is a free online search engine to help you find funding.

Scottish Community Alliance is a coalition of community led, national networks and intermediaries. They manage the Community Learning Exchange fund which offers small sums of funding to enable visits which build mutual support across the community sector through peer-to-peer learning.

Third Sector Interfaces (TSIs) provide support and advice to third sector organisations within local areas. There is a TSI in each local authority area in Scotland.

Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) works with business, communities and social enterprises across the Highlands and Islands.

South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) helps businesses and enterprising communities throughout Dumfries and Galloway and the Scottish Borders.
